Soothing Pear Ginger & Walnut Porridge

This breakfast recipe is perfect for acid reflux sufferers. With pears (low acidic fruit), and crushed walnuts which contain omega-3 fatty acids - can aid digestion. Takes only 5 minutes to prepare.

 Porridge Oats (Organic)
 Flax Seeds
 Oat Bran
 Pears (Organic)
 Walnuts
 Manuka Honey
 Coconut Shavings
 Unsweetened Almond Milk

Mix porridge oats, bran and flax seeds with almond milk. Place in the microwave on full power for 2 mins. Remove from microwave, and add pear slices, crushed walnuts, coconut and a blob of honey.

Eat slowly and make sure you chew your food before swallowing. Some say crushing your walnuts – how can that be soothing!
